1. Master degree or above, major in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, fine chemical industry and other related majors, at least 1 year of relevant industry experience;
2. Proficiency in organic synthesis techniques and spectral analysis and structural identification methods of organic compounds; able to independently design and carry out multi-step organic synthesis reactions; proficient in literature review and independent reading and understanding of English literature.
